* Add project-dir

* Fix find lock file

* Remove package-dir input

* format & resolve conflicts

* Add unit tests

* build dist

* Apply change request fixes

* handle non-dir cache-dependency-path

* bump cache version

* Handle globs in cacheDependencyPath

* refactor, introduce `cacheDependencyPathToProjectsDirectories`
